An introduction to the third installment of the popular "Tiffany Art - Metropolis" series. London, the recognizable English capital, is included in the 2023 version. Home to well-known sleuth Sherlock Holmes, beautiful bear Paddington, and Mary Poppins.

On the back, a bird's-eye view of London is displayed, emphasizing a number of notable sites, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the British Museum, the Tower of London, Saint Paul's Cathedral, and the Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain. One of the most recognizable bridges in the world, Tower Bridge, is depicted on the coin's reverse. It crosses the Thames and harmonizes aesthetically with the Tower of London, to which it is next. The 1-kilogram edition has a mintage of just 99 pieces, but the 3-ounce issue is only available in 999 pieces.
