Description:

The First Spouse coins from the U.S. Mint have a face value of $10 and contain 1/2 oz of pure 24 karat gold, making the metal value alone worth quite a bit on the bullion market. Since very few of the coins have been certified in perfect MS70 condition by NGC, demand has been rising and they could prove to be the type of "sleeper coins" that expert investors seek out.

Nancy Reagan first lady of the United States from 1981 to 1989 to President Ronald Regan. During her early years she embraced multiple causes including the welfare of veterans, physically and emotionally handicapped children, and the elderly.  Mrs. Reagan was a huge supporter and advocate for the “just say no” campaign.  Mrs. Reagan died March 6, 2016, at age 94, in Los Angeles, California.

  • Obverse: Features Nancy Reagan
  • Reverse: features Mrs. Reagan with her arms around two children during her “just say no” campaign.
  • West Point, NY Mint
  • Mintage: 2,009
