The official silver coin of the United States is the Silver American Eagle. The coin features the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman on the front and an eagle designed by mint engraver John Mercanti on the reverse. The coins were first minted in 1986.
In 2006, the U.S. Mint released the 20th Anniversary 3-Coin Set, which included a Proof 70, Reverse Proof 70 and Mint State 70 coin. These are some of the rarest Silver Eagles on the market today and remain a prize for all.
*The NGC label design may vary on the coins you receive depending on availability and current inventory in our vaults.
