Guide
One of the largest coins produced by the U.S. Mint, the $50 round has been heavily sought after since their inception. Part of the set that features a G$1, G$2.5, two $50’s and a silver half. The artistic designs were a departure from previous classic commemoratives, with the two large gold coins remaining heavily coveted today. This round is one of just 483 coins originally struck, and has survived the last 100+ years in uncirculated condition. Some light contact is evident as the grade would suggest, but overall, the coin is conservatively graded offering excellent luster and surfaces. A PCGS population of only 5.
