Composed of 90% gold and 10% copper, it weighs 16.72 grams and has a diameter of 27mm. The obverse of the coin showcases a dignified Lady Liberty wearing a coronet inscribed with the word "Liberty." Surrounding her are thirteen stars, representing the original colonies. On the reverse side, a majestic eagle with outspread wings is displayed, clutching arrows and an olive branch, symbolizing strength and peace. Above the eagle, the motto "In God We Trust" is inscribed, while below it, the denomination "TEN D." is displayed.
